In the era of globalisation, acquiring new foreign languages provides students with a competitive advantage and broadens their career prospects. Today, a growing number of high school students are shifting their focus toward learning new languages. Among the most popular choices are Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, which have been capturing the attention of many young learners.

Parents, students, and undergraduates also participated in the event.
Opportunities and Challenges for Youth in the New Era
The conference aimed to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, administrators, and businesses to discuss and share ideas on employment opportunities for the youth of Dong Nai in today’s rapidly changing world. The event also sought to help students and young people in the province better understand and anticipate the demand for human resources proficient in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean in this new phase of development.
During the conference, Mr. Tran Xuan Tiep, Deputy Head of the Division for General and Continuing Education under the Department of Education and Training, delivered a keynote address titled “Solutions for Enhancing Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Language Education in General and Continuing Education Institutions to Improve Workforce Training Efficiency.” Following this, Associate Professor Dr Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of Lạc Hồng University, presented his insights on “The Current Status and Solutions for Strengthening Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Language Education for the Youth in Đồng Nai Province.” Meanwhile, Mr. Nong Van Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, gave a speech titled “Employment Opportunities for Đồng Nai’s Youth in the New Era,” focusing on industries requiring foreign language skills.
