    FIT Lecturer Participates in Faculty Mobility Program at ESA Unggul University (Indonesia): Promoting Teaching Collaboration and Faculty Exchange

    On November 24, 2025, a lecturer from the Faculty of Information Technology at Lac Hong University (LHU) participated in the first working day of the Faculty Mobility Program at ESA Unggul University (Jakarta, Indonesia). This activity aims to expand academic cooperation and strengthen international connections between universities in the region.

    Exchange Session between LHU and the Indonesian University

    During the morning session, the LHU representative held discussions with the leadership of ESA Unggul University, faculty members from the Information Technology and Public Health departments, as well as a guest lecturer from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) – Philippines.

    The parties agreed on a direction to strengthen cooperation in faculty exchange, co-teaching, and joint research, particularly in the field of Information Technology. This agreement serves as a crucial foundation for building joint academic programs and increasing opportunities for professional exchange between faculty members of the two institutions.

    Additionally, the LHU delegation toured the facilities at ESA Unggul's main campus, including classrooms, laboratories, and research areas supporting training in IT and Public Health.

    In the afternoon, the lecturer from the LHU Faculty of Information Technology conducted the first teaching session on the topic of Enterprise Information Systems. The lecture focused on the structure of enterprise information systems, factors influencing the level of Information Systems (IS) adoption in Vietnam, and the system implementation process within organizations. ESA Unggul students engaged in lively discussions, particularly regarding the comparison of information system models between Indonesia and Vietnam. Several real-world case studies were presented, such as LHU's internal Information System, AI Chatbots, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.

    The Faculty Mobility Program opens up numerous opportunities for long-term cooperation in teaching, faculty exchange, and research among LHU, ESA Unggul, and UPHSD. Future activities will continue to be updated in the coming days.
